These are mentioned throughout the rank requirements. All this means is a thread that develops your character more as a person, or develops their relationships with others more. Examples of these would be assisting a Ranger in the field, helping an injured Pokémon, getting your Pokémon healed at a PokéCenter, chatting with others, having a friendly spar, etc.

> One 1-Day Internship thread. This is where your character goes to the Ranger Union or the Ranger Base in Vientown and spends the day with full Rangers.[break]
