It was a beautiful day outside. The sun was right before peaking and had yet to meet the hottest part of the day. Tallulah had set up a small stand that she stood behind in a thin white cotton dress. There were no straps and it reached her ankles. It flowed loosely at the pleasant sea breeze that speckled the air with a taste of salt and fish. On her neck was a golden anchor amulet with a brilliant blue stone in the center.
At her stand was food. She had fries Magikarp on a stick, some with a more reddish breaded exterior that indicated more harsh seasoning. They stood upright on the left, and in front of them various sauces. To her right were seaweed chips and two heaping jugs of lemonade and mint. Ice clinked around and droplets trickled down their sides.
Tallulah had been staying on land to take on the responsibility of becoming the gym leader of pueltown. But her heart called for the sea… and to go to sea she needed people. If nobody was interested in that however, at least she could feed a few and quench the thirst of others.

Another beside it said the following;
"Crew, and adventurers needed! Ask Tallulah Bayweaven. Services at sea available too, at a price."
